Weekly Racing Plus POWRi Late Models Saturday at Central Missouri Speedway!

WARRENSBURG, Mo. — Drivers and fans alike are looking forward to Saturday’s return to action at Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) as another night of championship weekly racing awaits in all divisions, including B-Mods, Super Stocks, Midwest Mods, and Pure Stocks.

Saturday also marks the first of several visits this year by the POWRi Late Models. Although it is unknown which drivers currently active within the POWRi Late Model ranks will make an appearance, the current points listing shows former CMS competitor Alan Westling at the top of the standings. Tyler Shaw, Kyle Graves, and Tucker Cox also rank among the top contenders so far.

Early pacesetters at CMS include Terry Schultz and Chad Clancy in B-Mods, Aaron Poe and Marc Carter in Super Stocks, Bobby Russell and Spencer Reiff in Pure Stocks, and Logan Roark and Johnny McGinnis in Midwest Mods.  Please note that mention of any driver in any class does not guarantee race appearance. 

On Saturday, pit gates officially open at 4:30, followed by grandstand admissions at 5. The driver’s pill draw cutoff to earn passing points is 6:15 (no passing points if the driver is late checking in). The pit meeting takes place at 6:30, followed by practice hot laps at 7:00, with racing to follow at approximately 7:30.

ADMISSION INFO:  General Admission - $15, Seniors 65 and Over - $12, Student w/I.D. - $12, Active-Duty Military w/I.D. - $12, Kids Aged 6 to 12 - $6, Permanently Confined to Wheelchair – Free in Grandstands. All Pit Passes are $35 regardless of age.
