Boothill Speedway set to host Summit USRA Southern Nationals
GREENWOOD, La. — Boothill Speedway is preparing for an adrenaline-fueled weekend with the Summit USRA Southern Nationals scheduled for November 1-2. This event will spotlight the USRA Limited Mods and Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks, with additional racing action provided by USRA B-Mods and USRA Tuners.
This unique gathering stands as the sole occasion where both USRA Limited Mods and Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks are the focus, with drivers competing for a substantial $3,000 prize in Saturday's feature race.
Competitors in these classes will also get 100 bonus national points, marking this as the final opportunity of the season to accumulate points.
Although USRA B-Mods and USRA Tuners will race both nights, they will not contribute to the national points standings as the season has concluded for these divisions.
Adding to the excitement, the Summit USMTS Modifieds presented by RacinDirt will also compete over the weekend in what is billed as the Battle at Boothill, their penultimate event of 2024.
With a $5,000 winner's purse each night, this event promises high stakes and high speeds, featuring some of the world's most ominous outlaw dirt modified drivers.
The racetrack will open the pit gates for practice on Thursday, October 31, from 7-9:30 p.m., allowing drivers and teams to fine-tune their setups before the main events.
On race day, Friday will see general admission at $20 for adults, and $10 for kids aged 6-12, with pit passes at $40. Saturday's ticket prices for adult admission is $25, kids are $10, and pit passes are $45.
