POWRi & NOW600 at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex May 2-3 Rained Out
SWEET SPRINGS, Mo.—Constant weekly rainfall and saturated facility grounds have forced officials from Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex, NOW600, and POWRi to cancel the May 2-3 ‘Mid-MO Nationals’ weekend events, which were set to feature the headlining POWRi National & West Midget Leagues, POWRi WAR/MWRA Challenge Series, and NOW600 National Micros.
"This was the last decision we wanted to make, but with the facility completely inaccessible, there's no hope of getting any racing in this weekend. The past few weeks have been rough with the weather, but we’re hopeful Mother Nature starts working with us—we’ve got some big events coming up," said Talin Turner of POWRi.
With no suitable makeup date available with the track or series, this event will unfortunately not be rescheduled for the 2025 season, but we look forward to returning in 2026.
Please continue to monitor the website and social media platforms for updates and information regarding the full 2025 racing schedule for all POWRi leagues, series, and divisions.
