Sheets, Davis, Richardson, Potter, and Greenwood Capture Central Missouri Speedway Saturday Victories

WARRENSBURG, Mo.—The Memorial Day Weekend of special events kicked off on Saturday with a special event for Midwest Mods and B-Mods, with IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprints and Super Stocks on hand as well.
There were 25 Midwest Mods on hand for their annual track special event, while 18 B-Mods were on hand for $1500-to-win. Additionally, there were 15 IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprints, and 14 Super Stocks, for a total of 72 race teams.
There were 9 heat races, 1 makeup main event, and four main events held throughout the night. Jon Sheets took the B-Mod feature with Kyle Davis capturing the Super Stock victory. Ken Potter and Jake Greenwood took the IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprint features while Pete Richardson won the Midwest Mods track special.

Memorial Day weekend racing continues on Sunday, May 25, featuring a 35-lap, $3,500-to-Win B-Mod Special Event. Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, and 305 Sprints will compete for their regular purses. Midwest Mods have the night off on Sunday.
For Sprints, Pure Stocks, and Super Stocks, these drivers will pay a $40 pit pass only. There is an entry fee for B-Mods as follows: if the driver has raced twice at Central Missouri Speedway PRIOR to this race, the entry fee and pit pass is $75, for drivers who have not raced twice prior to this race, the entry fee is $90. The entry fee includes the pit pass and entry fee for B-Mod drivers. The May 24th race will count towards the "two" appearances. Points will be awarded in all classes except B-Mods.
B-Mods "Track Special" event payout: 1) $3500, 2) $2000, 3) $1500, 4) $1000, 5) $800, 6) $600, 7) $500, 8) $450, 9) $400, 10) $350, 11) $300, 12) $250, 13th to 24th $200.
Weekend Admission Information: $20 Adult General Admission - Seniors 65 to 74 $15, $6 Kids Ages 6 to 12 - Kids 5 and Under Free. FREE: Seniors 75 and Up - Confined to Wheelchair. All Pit Passes are $40 regardless of age.
Weekend Timelines: Pit gates open at 4:30, Grandstands at 5, Driver Pill Draw Cutoff 6:15 (No passing points awarded if late), Pit Meeting 6:30, Hot Laps at 7, racing to follow at approximately 7:30.
