Thunderstorms, Standing Water Postpone Badger State Triple Finale zt Angell Park

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis.—With thunderstorms hitting Sun Prairie, WI Sunday morning bringing heavy rainfall to Angell Park Speedway and leaving standing water both on track and in much of the pit area along with overcast skies preventing drying efforts, World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and track officials have agreed to postpone the Badger State Triple finale to Sunday, October 19.

If you purchased a ticket in advance to Sunday’s race, the tickets will be good for the makeup date.

The Series now shifts its focus to the second leg of the Premier Chevy Dealers Clash at Knoxville Raceway where a huge field is expected on June 13-14. For tickets, CLICK HERE.

David Gravel currently leads the standings by 152 points over Michael “Buddy” Kofoid with Carson Macedo in third trailing Kofoid by 32 markers.
