Lucas Oil Late Model Mountain Moonshine Classic Weekend Washed Out
MARYVILLE, Tenn.—With the rainfall and storms forecasted throughout the weekend, Smoky Mountain Speedway and Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presented by FloRacing officials have made the decision to cancel the Mountain Moonshine Classic scheduled for June 13-14.
“Obviously, we are disappointed to lose this weekend to weather,” Smoky Mountain Speedway owner Roger Sellers stated. “We wanted to consider the best interest of those competitors and fans traveling long distances and make a decision before they hit the road. We look forward to the return of the Lucas Oil Late Model Series in 2026.”
Anyone who bought an advance ticket to the Mountain Moonshine Classic will automatically receive a refund in the coming days. Campers who paid on-site can get a refund now, while campers who have prepaid can use it as credit toward another event, prepay for 2026, or receive a refund via check by mail.
