Joe B Miller captures POWRi 410 victory at Benton Speedway
BENTON, Mo.—Joe B Miller would lead all twenty-five caution-free laps with the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League in the Benton Speedway return to notch his fourth seasonal victory in a night of on-track dominance.
Ramping up adrenaline rushes on the tight corners of Benton Speedway with thirty-two talented entrants of the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprints would see Howard Moore set a quick qualifying time of 12.361 seconds with Hank Davis, Gage Montgomery, Joe B Miller, and Derek Hagar each earning heat racing victories as Brad Bowden would take the semi-feature checkers.
Exciting the audience members in Benton, Missouri, on the initial green flag start with high-point qualifier Joe B Miller and Howard Moore lined up in the front row as Joe B Miller would gain the lead on the opening lap with Howard Moore, Broc Elliott, Ayrton Gennetten, and Hank Davis all racing within the top five.
Putting a blistering pace around Benton Speedway, Joe B Miller would appear to be in a class all by himself as lap traffic came into play quickly with the field forming for positions under the action-packed green flag frenzy.
Leading all twenty-five caution-free laps, Joe B Miller would not be denied in earning his seventh career POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint victory in an action-packed main event, with Hank Davis sticking to the leading effort all night to finish runner-up.
“How about Benton Speedway for putting on an awesome show, my shop is only about a half hour away, and I have watched many races from these stands,” said Joe B Miller in the Benton Speedway victory lane ceremony celebrations. Adding “I noticed the lap cars up banging the boards and keeping pace with me late, so I figured I'd better get up there too and get up on the wheel”.
Contesting closely behind would find Ayrton Gennetten placing on the final podium placement from the starting fourth on the initial green flag. Advancing four spots, Derek Hagar would be among the frontrunners all feature to finish fourth as Howard Moore would round out the top-five finishers for the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League at Benton Speedway.
