TULSA, Okla.—Making perfect laps around the Tulsa Expo Raceway, California’s Braxon Vasconcellos came away with his first career Golden Driller K&B Motorsports Restricted competition at the 41st Hyper Racing Tulsa Shootout powered by NOS Energy Drink.

Leading start to finish, the closing laps put Brycen Roush in hot pursuit of the No. 13v. Getting to the back bumper of Vasconcellos as the pair worked into slower traffic, Roush took a shot at the lead with three to go but could not get between the berm and the No. 13v without causing a crash.

Backing off and regrouping, Roush made one last run on the last lap, but Vasconcellos would not be denied, winning by 0.409 seconds.

Roush in second was followed by Chase DeMarco. A tussle on the initial start for Owen Larson, the No. 83 was shoved back in the right direction, and with it, held on for a fourth-place finish. Making the run from 13th, Brice Shaid made it to fifth.

Jaxon Porter went 20th to sixth, followed by Chase Schott, Cole Bezio, Miles Boertje, and Brexton Busch from 18th to round out the top ten.

K&B Motorsports Restricted A-Class consisted of 213 competitors.

The 42nd annual Hyper Racing Tulsa Shootout powered by NOS Energy Drink takes place December 29, 2026, through January 2, 2027, at the Tulsa Expo Raceway, located inside the SageNet Center at Expo Square.
