Rico Abreu outruns Kyle Larson at Grandview

Bechtelsville, PA —  Rico Abreu put an end to Kyle Larson's High Limit Sprint Car Series three-race winning streak Wednesday night at Grandview Speedway. Abreu passed Larson following a restart with 17 laps remaining to claim his first career High Limit victory.

To that point, Larson had dominated the evening, soaring to overall fast-time honors, a heat race win and dash win. Larson led the opening 18 laps before Abreu got the best of him in the late going.

Brent Marks was the highest finishing Pennsylvania driver, starting sixth and placing third. Danny Dietrich finished fourth from the 12th-starting position while Cory Eliason placed fifth after starting 11th.

Former NASCAR superstar Kasey Kahne drove from 19th to finish sixth. Lance Dewease, filling in the Macri Motorsports No. 39M entry, started 16th and finished 10th.
