Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts Night
Well the night got started with a make up A Feature with our Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds that had been postponed from our action on July 8th. Well in the make up feature we saw a bad wreck take out some of our competitors. We saw the driver of the 127 of Paden Phillips pick up his first win at 81 speedway in the 2023 season. The G3 of Brendon Gemmill took 2nd but right when they where finishing it looked like something let loose in his motor. Third went to the 65 of Tyler Davis who has been mad fast all year at 81 Speedway. Kenton Allen in the 9 car took 4th and 5th went to the 15 of Wyatt Gaggero.
Then later in the night we saw what cars we had left take the track for there A Feature for that night and with driving a customers car we saw the driver of Tyler Davis go back to winning as he took home the win. The 75 of Tad Davis had a good hard run as he finished 2nd but did find out after the race that they where having motor problems also after the night. Paden Phillips once again had another good run and took 3rd. Fourth went to the 75 of Gunner Martin and 5th went to the 9 of Kenton Allen.
BSB Manufacturing USRA B-Mods put on an awesome show as we saw the 22 of Brian McGowen pick up the win as he was really close to winning on Friday night at Humboldt Speedway but came up just a little bit short as it was a photo finish. Clint McFadden ran an awesome race and looked really good in the MC2 car. I know he is hungry to pick up a win in 2023 at 81 Speedway. The 3rd place car was Travis Johnson in the 86J and 4th went to the 17 of Henry Chambers and 5th went to the 06 of Andrew Wallace.
In your Auto Tech Service Super Stocks we saw the Wild Child of Jerrod Reimer in the 75 stay hot as he picked up another win but, it wasn't easy as the 36 of Chris Purkey did have the lead for a while but with cautions and a bobbly the 36 lost the lead. Coming in 2nd was the 42JR of Kenny Sweet who has jumped into a Super Stock know and has looked like he is going to be fast. We saw the 36 of Chris Purkey come in 3rd and 4th went to the 901 of Chris Pitts who started 14th on the night in the A Feature. Rounding out your top 5 was the 24B of David Blocker.
Well we saw a young man in our Primal Jerky Mini Stocks pick up his 2nd win on the season as the 4K of Kasey Coleman picked up the victory. Dylan Doty who is in his first season of the Primal Jerky Mini Stocks has looked like he is going to be fast in his number 13 hot rod. Third went to the 18L of Justin Esparza and 4th went to the 42 of Wyatt Burress who started 15th on the night in the A Feature. Taking home 5th was the 73 of Ken Hapy.
Then we was our Heyglassman.com Stock Cars hit the track as they are preparing for there big race next weekend that is going to be $3,000 to win. We saw the driver in the 01X of Beau Davis get out in front and pick up the win as he looked nice and steady when he was in the lead but guys where coming and put a little bit of heat on him towards the end of the race. Clint smith in the 12C continued to look super fast as he worked his way up to 2nd after starting 6th in the A Feature. We saw Scott Squier with a solid 3rd place finish but looked really good as he was in 2nd for a long time before Clint Smith finally got around him. George Ramey took 4th in the 55R and taking home 5th was the driver in the 99A of Aaron Esparza.
