I-35 Speedway Kid's Night coming August 12

Winston, MO —  This Saturday, at I-35 Speedway, August 12, 2023, the fun for the month of August begins with the Annual McCarthy Auto Group Kid’s Night at the races! Thanks to our sponsors, our race teams, and our track staff there are backpacks and school supplies for the children preparing to return to school. These numerous school supplies include crayons, colored pencils, glue sticks, loose leaf paper, scissors, folders, spiral notebook paper and other items. The bags of school supplies are FREE. Also, FREE admission to the races at I-35 Speedway for everyone 18 and younger, an I-35 Speedway tradition.

Additionally, throughout the night, drivers, after finishing their heat races, will come to the autograph table at the front gate (south side of main concession) and sign autographs for their young fans. Those drivers will include the Show Me Vintage Racers along with the weekly racers in the USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B Mods, Pure Stocks, E Mods, Sport Compact and Junior Sport Compact, and the Limited Late Models.

It will be a great night racing, young race fans, super-fast track, autograph sessions, the roar of the race motors, side by side action, let’s have some racing fun and get the children ready for the upcoming school year.

RACE FAN INFORMATION:

Gates open at 4:30 P.M. Adults $15, Senior and Military $12, Youth – 18 and under Free (ID may be requested). Located at Exit 64 off Interstate 35 (1/4 east of Interstate). Free Parking. Mom approved restrooms.

Concessions at Trackside Bar and Grill (Turn 1) and at gate entrance (Turn 4) - funnel cakes, chili dogs, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate or beer.

McCarthy Auto Group Upgrades: Be on the lookout for McCarthy Auto Group upgrades. Upgrading fans with suite seats, pit passes, and food vouchers each week!

Additionally, the track where you get the most racing for your money!

DRIVER AND PIT CREW INFORMATION:

Pit gates open at 3:30 P.M. Driver’s meeting and pill draw close 6:00 P.M., Hot Laps 6:20 P.M. to 6:50 P.M. First heat race: 7:00 P.M. Pit passes: Drivers $35, Pit Crew and Pit Spectators $40, Kids 6-10 $25, Kids under 5 – Free.

I-35 Speedway Driver registration: Register with I-35 Speedway (myracepass.com) or print form at www.i-35speedway.net complete and bring with you. One-night temporary registration $15.

USRA Classes: Must be registered with USRA, only temporary one night license can be sold at track $10, Alternative B-Mod USRA rules apply. USRA rules – United States Racing Association | Downloads (usraracing.com)

Fuel (110 and Premium) is available for sale at the track. American Racer tires are also for sale at the track. Also available Champion Race Products (oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid, gear oil).

Minors (17 and under): Everyone age 17 and under must have a completed Minor’s release to enter pits.

Competitors Minor’s Release: Must be a completed Minor’s release for all competitors 17 and younger AND it must include a copy of the birth certificate with either a valid state stamp or authentic seal.
