USMTS Featherlite Fall Jamboree at Deer Creek rained out

Spring Valley, MN —  Ready for a second night of action at the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn., after a barnburner on Thursday, the Summit USMTS National Championship fans and drivers were done in by Mother Nature on Friday.

The 25th Annual Featherlite Fall Jamboree will continue on Saturday as planned as the best of the best in outlaw dirt modified racing return to race for $12,000 to win the 30-car main event that will start three-wide.

A field of 30 cars and drivers will also take the green flag in the annual Non-Qualifiers Race which pays $2,000 to win.

USRA B-Mods will be back Saturday as their finale doles out $1,500 to the winner with Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points up for grabs.

Friday’s rained-out program is canceled and will not be rescheduled.

For its Silver Anniversary season, the Summit USMTS National Championship presented by RacinDirt currently features racing at some of America's premier dirt track racing venues. The winners of those events are set to earn more than $300,000 with nearly $2 million in purses and prize money earmarked for the 2023 campaign.
